bump around the mouth

i notice that my clown trigger has a small bump near his mouth, i think its from him and my pinktail fighting over a piece a shrimp. are there any disease causing bumps near the mouth. the bump looks normal like the same color of his skin. its a tiny lump, just curious if this has happen to anyone else.- mike

Is it on the bottom side of the mouth, like this?

looks like that but on its left side. do you know what that is??

Can't say for sure, esp. without a pic. Generally though most species of triggerfish (except Xantyhicthys and Nigers) usually have some bump or lump around the mouth. Especially those a bit underweight, admittedly my Lei isn't quite as fat as I'd like.
If you are positive the bump wasn't there before the bite from the Pinktail, monitor closely. There's not really a common disease that could cause a lump.

bump is gone i believe it was from the other triggers fighting over food. thanks- mike
