Oh and one more question. Do you see any issues with your shrooms and zoa's? specifically in your pic of the purple shroom and your yellow polyups. Do they sting eachother? Mine seemed to not like eachother too much.

that is a very slow crowing coral after 2-3+years I only have four polyps, I started with one. it is a non photosynthetic coral. I believe it is called a "hidden cup coral"
as for the shrooms some get along better with zoas than others, sometimes the zoas overshade the zoa, and sometimes the zoas sting the shrooms into submission. the green speckled sroom battling with the yellow star polyps have been on the same rock for as long as I have been in marine tanks. that is the first coral rock I ever recieved. no doubt. I'll never get rid of it either. I beleive petjunkie has one of the green speckled shrooms from that rock, I sent it as a freebie in a trade.

i really love your rock layout. it kinda looks like the edge of a reef or something, with a little cave. very neat, and corals are awesome!

Gigas cl;ams grow EXTREMELY fast for clams, keep in mind this bugger isnt going to slow down untill hes about 1foot 6 inches then it will take him a couple more years to reach two feet (2-300 pounds) Gigas clams are not for your average home aquarium, this one I got as a hitchiker. I will make a tank for him.
