possibly modding the impeller, as well as placing the airline as close to the impeller as possible. Your going to loose some water flow as it will be replaced by air, thew 1200 is probably the better match.

I was thinking the impeller might have somthing to do with it, how do i mod the impeller?

Do the mesh mod to it, just put a layer or 2 of Enkamat on it. Really though, I've mesh modded 1200's before, the volute is so small 2 layers is about all they'll take. So doing anything smaller will be tough..... and possibly for not.

Enkamat PF4..............You add it to the impellar in various different fashions. Do some googling around you'll find some stuiff. Try googling mesh mod enkamat. I've got a big ole gob of it here if you need some. But trying this on anything much smaller than a 1200 is kinda pointless. And may even be on the 1200.
