For a few weeks now they have not beeen opening like they use to and have started turning white and I have know idea whats going on water is perrfect, I havent seen any thing bothering them. maybe my torch has reached out and poked them but if thats the case I dont think all of them would act this way.
Any Ideas are welcome!
Also any way to get that mushroom out of there to mover some where it can grow!

do you mean salt creep also I did just change the bulbs about a month ago and add more light sometime before that but i think they were ok after I added the extra light! do you think I should block the light above them and see if it helps?

too much light. Mine did the same thing and it took a while to notice if after I upgraded my lights. They looked awful until I built a ledge so that they got less light and the light they did receive was indirect.
As for the mushroom, there are a few options,
1) it will get annoyed and detach on it's own and move where it wants (or float around until it lands somewhere new)
2) you can slice it with a clean, sharp razor blade at it's base and tie it to a new spot with some fish net. It usually takes about 2 weeks for it to reattach when you do this
3) carefully try to scrape it's foot loose with a credit card, or something similar and then move it to a new location. Again, you may need to glue it, or use fish net to get it in place. I try not to use glue.
I do believe that if you leave it where it is, it will either move on its own, or be overran by the polyps.
