Buying a RBTA?

My LFS has a RBTA i would like to buy but it's foot is not attached to anything,it's just resting on some rocks. Is that a problem? Not too sure when they got it in stock. Im gonna go back tommorrow.

Find out how long they have had it and let me know. Definatly ask them to feed it and see how it responds.
