That has indeed been floating around but hopefully NASA will win out. You would not believe the hundreds of products you use that were developed by NASA. Velcro, Temperpedic foam and the list goes on. Any government that would can NASA but spend billions to study cow farts need to pull their heads out of their hineys.

Alot of jobs would be affected as well that aren't directly related to NASA. My hubby is a Aerospace engineer..... now he'll be a Cow fart engineer?

It would hurt a lot of jobs. And turn NASA into a propaganist organization for the greenies, then he'd turn around and say look at these green jobs...
I think you're husband will be ok, there are lots of private companies chasing manned space flight...

Conspiracy theory time folks. Is it possible that a program like the fabled Aurora is finally up and running, but possibly needs to stay secret for the time being? Sure seems odd they would cancel the shuttle program and the rocket program completely unless they had some sort of replacement. I can't imagine with China's program that space is not something the military is not paying attention to.

It is kind of in reference to a black project using hypersonic aircraft. The theorists have said it flies by skipping like a rock on top of the atmosphere. And it can fly like 10 x the speed of sound and whatnot.

Okay about the Aurora project it is supposed to have some kind of pulse engine which makes the exhaust look like donuts on a rope. I live close to Sedalia, Mo home of the B-2 Stealth bomber. About 7 years ago I was outside doing something & just happened to look up in the sky and saw the donuts on rope exhaust stream. Was it Aurora, I have no idea but I did see that exhaust stream. So who knows. I don't see us paying anybody to take our people to space, heck we were the first ones to the moon & still the only ones.. Now I'm gonna put my tin foil hat back on & look for black helicopters LOL.

I remember something my Brother told me 12 years ago. Aurora exsists and that is all I am going to say. See he and I met at Nellis I was dropping a load and he was processing in on a TDY. All I know is my load was hotter than hot I had escorts from HELL aka armed and I did not stop for anyone.
