Cabbage growing horns???

I just noticed some weird things coming out of my cabbage leather
Is this normal??? Does anyone know what it is?

LOL...I just saw them coming out today, and they look ....welll....like horns, or you know porcupine things....so this is a good thing then?

i think its polyps since my cabbage leather also has them all over.
