LoL, thanx guys :joy:
Last night while my Husband and I went apartment hunting, I treated myself to a diet ginger ale (ginger ale is caffeine free...and if it's not usually, this one clearly stated on the can that it was). My first carbonated beverage since last Thursday.
I have to say... I love carbonation, but I'm not craving it anymore.
And I haven't had a headache since Monday!!
This was one of the hardest things.... but it was TOTALY worth it. My head is so much clearer without the constant threat of headache - and I saved over 20$ by not having to go to Starbucks. TWENTY DOLLARS!!! IN SIX DAYS!!!
man oh man....makes me feel stupid for not having done this loooooong ago.

I stoped smoking a few months ago. You go through withdrawls like you do coming off caffine. A good way get rid of the withdrawls is to take some Xanex, that's just me though. Once you start feeling the craving, pop one and you will be fine.

kudos to you for quitting! I've watched a buncha folks go thru that.... once the physical cravings are gone, the psychological addiction still fights like the dickens.
I admire anyone who's got the gumption to stick with it!
As for

(Alprazolam)

Alprazolam is used to treat anxiety and panic disorders. It belongs to a class of medications called benzodiazepines which act on the brain and nerves (central nervous system) to produce a calming effect. It works by enhancing the effects of a certain natural chemical in the body (GABA).

Sounds like you're a bunch of quitters to me.

Just kidding (well. not really) ...... Congrats to you all!

Wish I could do it, but I'm not a quitter!
