If you calcium kit is giving you accurate results - then I'd have to say 560 ppm is too high.
What kit do you use ?
What is your pH ?
What is your alkalinity level ?
What are you adding for calcium supplement ?
What are you adding for carbonate buffer ?
These are all related.
You alkalinity is most likely very low.

I say, check your Ca test kit. Try to use another one, maybe different brand. I had the same with HAGEN Ca test kit. It was showing 560 every time i tested with it. The i used 2 different test kits and they gave me 410 ppm.
Good luck!!!

I would say that Bla Bla Bla is useless and doing a small water change will have little to no effect on a calcium level that is that high. Ro/Di water (if you are using it) makes calicium levels in the water a moot point. Since the calcium levels in newly mixed saltwater at 80 deg. with a salinity of 1.025 is about 350 ppm I do not see why a level of 400 in the water would be bad unless as correctly surmised by broomer5 and your ALK is VERY low.
I agree that you should try a different test kit (I like Salifert)
