Calcium and baking soda??

I am currently adding a calcium supplement and some baking soda to my top off water everyday to keep my levels in check... Adding these together in top off water .....will these precipitate eachother out??? Or is it fine to do this.... I havent had a problem as of yet.

ya i know the baking soda is supposed to raise pH, but i heard some horror stories after long term use so i wouldnt suggest it

What calcium product is it? I know you dont want to mix calcium cloride w/ baking soda.
