Calcium Chloride

I had a problem raising my calcium levels to be balanced between CA, ALK, and PH. Some reefers suggested the calcium additive for swimming pools. I used it with great success and for a fraction of the cost. The only difference I can easily see in the ingredients is that the swimming pool calcium is calcium chloride and the calcium specifically for aquariums boasts that they are chloride free.
Does the chloride harm anything that I haven't noticed yet?
BTW, Ca= 440, Alk= 4.0, and Ph= 8.2

I'm pretty sure the two part buffers and stuff like Kents turbo calcium are calcium chloride

Turbo calcium is in fact calcium chloride... does the swimming pool calcium have any other ingredients?? If it is JUST calcium chloride then it would work fine.
Where do you fine it??

It has Calcium chloride, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, and strontium chloride. Doesn't say how much of each though. Got mine at Wal-mart. 4.5 pounds for $6.00.
