i have a 1 month old tank and i wonder y my calcium is always around 300-315. I add liquid calcium by kent marine everyday but it still the same. is it ok for me to start introduce coral and stuff in to the tank yet.

I wouldn't. IMO it's better to wait until the system is at least 3 months old. For the more sensitive corals 6 month.
the test kit for alk that i have is only said high, normal, low. so it's said normal and my mag i didn't have a test kit for that yet which i will be getting it soon. everything else is normal.
