whats your mag and alk at? if your mag is low you will have a very hard time increasing your calc.

i am adding kent calcium and adding 10 ml every other night or so. I have already used an entire sixteen oz bottle. and my level is just at 240and has been for about a month. I triend adding more magnesium. I heard someone say that could help but it hasn't.

my tank is a 55 gal. mag. is at 1250 mg/l. alk is at 300.

Alk 3.00 mequ/l OR 300 ppm CaCO3?? Big difference.

i would add 25 mls a day till its at at least 380 and i would also try to get your mag up to 1300, you can even add 50 mls a day without any ill effects

instead of liquid calcium use a powder...i have the seachem reef calcium cuz i was having the exact same problem no matter what i added or how much i added would not go up so i started adding the powder and some mag (even though you already are i was not) now my calcium is at 500 and carbonate is at 7 (I know its low)...i made a kalk dripper today now that i have my level high enough

this is correct he should be around 200 ppm for alk .to high of alk can be causeing this problem . if i where u i would ditch the seachem salt and switch to oceanic or reefcrystals . i bet this would solve your problem
