I bought a camelback before I started a reef and its seems to stay away from my corals, but I am concerned that it will eventually find a taste for them. Can anyone advise me on the fool proof way to eliminate it?

if it hasn't touched your corals i would leave it alone. Those shrimp are a pain in the a** to catch. If corals start to shrink down than i would try to get it out. Just observe and see what happens. Not all camelbacks would eat corals. Just like everything else. It is a hit or miss.
