Camle back...cleaner?!

So, I have one camle back shrimp in my tank and no other shrimp just yet. Fun thing is he sits on the same rock most of the time, the fish in the tank dont like to be close to any eachother or any other creatures it seems. But, they hover right in the shrimps face all the time while he feals them all over with his anntinas... Do they think hes going to clean them? lol its kinda funny to watch.
PS. the shrimp is starting to get a build up of redish brown alge on his back is this bad..or abnormal for a shrimp?

Yep ... they're waiting to be cleaned. I don't know about the algae thing, but it'll be gone once he molts.
