i don't know but she eats everything. I feed her nori sheets, frozen variety pack, ocean nutrition formula 1 and 2 pellets. my poor little 3in yellow tang barely ever gets and algae sheet. she sucks them right down.

all of my tangs are the same way. they love those that feed them, dont mind biting the hand that feeds them and snub anyone else!!

wow i thought tht my fish was fat.. well he is but its not as rounded as yours
its got little bulges almost. and my fat tang is still a baby
wierd.

only thing i'd worry about in a fish that large is parasites. otherwise the fish looks healthy to me.

I would think that long term this can't be good for the fish. Same as for humans. But I honestly don't know for sure. Maybe cut back on the feedings, not days, just cut back some to see if he/she becomes a little more rounded. I would say your naso is pleasantly plump!!!
Your naso obviously fells very at home in your tank. One up for you.
