IMO I would not try it.
A lawnmower blenny can be quite aggressive, especially towards smaller fishes. Will consume cyanobacteria/slime algae and other types of microalgae. Needs a diet high in vegetable matter. One per aquarium.
A ornate goby should not be housed with aggressive fishes such as groupers, dottybacks, triggerfishes or angelfishes either.
My personal experience with lawnmower blennies is that they tend to be aggressive.
I'm sure there are people out there that have had lawnmowers that weren't but I would not take the chance with such a cool fish as your ornate goby.
Just my $.02

Hello,
We just got a lawnmower blenny two weeks ago for our 34 gallon tank. He's pretty neat... not aggressive towards our clown or CUC at all, mostly minds his own business. I have heard though that we shouldn't get another blenny because of aggression issues... I hear what you're sayin about the blenny and goby seeming so alike physically... So... I'd have to say... Why risk it?
JMO... Good luck!

My LB did a few swim-bys on my diamond goby the first day but paid know attention to it after that day. My LB always greets any fish I introduce to the tank no matter how big or how small but has never been overly agressive. It can be a crap shoot whenever you introduce new fish. By the way when I had hair algae it would only eat the short stuff when it ate any of it.

I have a 3 year old 90 gallon with 2 mandrain gobies (both types), a bicolor blenny and an algae blenny. Both blennys are only around 6 mo. The gobies are around a year or so. They all get along... maybe im just lucky

I have a LB,Mandarin, Bi-color,barbershop goby, and fire fish with no problems at all. It depends on the personality of the fish...
