I would doubt it, remembering my chemistry, the salt is totally disolved. And the skimmer makes bubbles that attach to the crap in the water making them float to the top and overflow to the collection cup. I don't think that it would suck out any salt.

Skimming does draw saltwater from the tank. If you don't keep a check on it and just top off with fresh water it could be a problem. If you are wet skimming you should check it regularly to be sure. In a large tank you may not see it for some time.

reason i ask it my skim seems to be more wet than thick. I think its due to small amt of fish in my system. I change 20% 2wice a month. Should that keep the salt loss under control?

IMO you just need to keep a check on it for a while. That will tell you if you need any adjustments with your makeup water.

If the SG is off in your display tank why would you want to match that SG with your makeup water? :notsure:

meaning if you keep your tank at 1.023 do you mix your new water to match the 1.023.i said this because he stated that he doesn't test his sg until after a water change.
