I am not a kid and I work very hard for everything that I have in my 210. I would just slow down with the fish selection and not overstock your tank. Make sure you do not put any more than 1 fish into your tank in 3 to 4 weeks. Plan smartly and do not rush to put everything in your tank or else your parents will not be very happy about the health of the expensive fish they are buying.

Learn from people who have made these mistakes with there OWN money.... we dont want to waste it...
What do you expect PFitz? I have been correcting advice all day from puffer. NM will ban him again in no time.

That is how it should be in the very least!! Anything more and you are stressing the bioload, especially with the fish you have in mind.

a fish a month is pushing it when it comes to aggressive fish. You have to worry about bio overload as well as the fish being compatable and a month is not long enough to observe the new fish and its effect on the tank before adding another fish to the mix. take your time and you'll have a tank worth the effort. take the fast track and you'll have nothing but problems

not very nice but back to the subject, when i set up my 140 i had many non believers out there saying that my fish will die and not last a week in there, going on three months strong and i have yet to loose a fish just given one back that was out on loan and i have added a niger, huma huma, and a sailfin tang. this is from my experience and i have been fine here is my tank, so could we just all get along for once. iam practically begging that we can all get along, oh and surfin can i get your email i gotta show you something pretty cool.

surfin, keep in mind if you have the best filtration out there you will be fine and from the sound of things you have very good filtration, so good luck with the tank and would love to see some pics of it as well.
