yeah its in a black with white spotted shell..the body of it is also black with a long hose like snout ..ill try to get a better shot

Are you sure it's a shell or could it be the exo on some kind of shrimp?

maybe some rare conch, if so could be venomous.

could be a WHELK snail. They look like a nassarius snail but have differant markings on the snout.
