I moved your shrimp topic to the Reef Forum, since this forum is mostly for fish diseases. Problems with inverts should be posted in the Reef Forum.
You may be looking at digesting material within the shrimp's digestive track. I seem to remember seeing this topic in the forum some time ago so try doing a search for info using our search feature, and also check out your topic for responses which I moved to the Reef Forum.
