These are in strong flow and near the the top
does not move or recede
Any suggestions welcome!

do the red bubbles detach from the center looks like red bubble alage to me that just happen to attach to something else thats circular>.

They start out as the red bubbles then it splits open grows new bubbles around the circumference
Should I just pluck them out to be safe

Yeah it really does look like red bubble algae to me. Go ahead and pluck them off but just try not to bust them open in the process.

yeah I still stay its red bubble algae its not uncommon but not an everyday algae that pops up. its just like the green variety but ofcourse red in color.
I would take them out and like the above said try not to pop them in the tank or you will have more in a few days in more places.

Yup, you got Bubble Alage. My advice is to get it out as soon as possible. Try not to pop the bubbles, because when popped they release spores that will travel throughout your tank.

One more vote for red bubble algae. Try to take care of it now or it can take over your tank.
