well, I am not too knowledgeable in them, but our neighbor had one as a hitchhiker.....it started eating his coarls. I thought they were mostly algea eaters though. BUT, I know there are a few different kinds. Hopefull Bang will jump in.

I believe its a skirted keyhole limpet. Do a search for this, you will get some good threads on it (if this is what it is).

Yes its a Skirted Limpit... I had one they are really interesting... however I killed it by accident when Droping a rock on it and crushing it to peices... may it RIP! lol
they are neat additions to a tank.. good luck!
