Can I add corals now??

nitrate-10 (doing some water changes)
ph-8.2
salinity-1.023
calcium- a little higher then 450
alkalinity- around 4.4 meql
is this good or do i need to raise my alk??

I think it looks fine. I think you are god to go.
Your nitrate lkevel being at 10 is acceptable also just dont let it go much above that.

Need more info how long has tank been up and running what kind of lights do you have?What kind of corals are you wanting?

im not a total newb i ve had a tank for the past 3 years its just my first reef... i have a 450 watt MH, and blue actinits from my original flourescent setup... 90gal tank. its been setup for the reef for a bout a month, and cycled, rock was from previous established tank theirs about 100lbs of it. and 50 lbs of LS

you may want to wait a littlle longer. your tank does not have enough food to feed the coral by its self. you will probably need to add food to keep the coral healthy. but you could get mushrooms. i had them in my tank real fast. and you really dont need to feed them.
if you do get coral now stay away from filter feeder unless you want to feed them which that is not difficult so if you want to you could go for it.
