Can I have a BTA?

I am moving here soon and am looking to convert my 40 breeder into a reef tank. I only have 4 small fish plus some hermits and snails. As for lighting I am building a canopy with 6 39 watt T-5 bulbs. 3 Power Glo, 1 Life Glo, and 2 Marine Glo. So with a total of 234 Watts could I keep a BTA, or am i limited to softies?

first, if you use individual reflectors the four of those lights would be enough to keep whatever you want. everyting else in your tank is fine for an anemone. what are the k ratings on those bulbs?
