can i have an anemone?

well i just got my 150w VHO lights and ive put them in my canopy. is this enought light to have a bta on a lta? i can also retrofit 56w of t-5 into my hodd if that would help. :happyfish

oh sorry forgot to mention its a 29 gallon i have a protein skimmer and about 20x+ flow

I'd say go for the BTA and with that lighting you should do fine. If you like the color of the MH bulb fine, if not you can suppliment with those T-5's of your choice.

my tank has been set up for 4 months but i was going to wait atleast 2 more. i was really looking to get a BTA.
