I have a 55 gallon tank with the following....
2-Ocellaris
1-Lawnmower Blenny
1-Royal Gramma
1-Mandarin (eats mysis)
1-Brittle Starfish
1-Cleaner Shrimp
1-Peppermint Shrimp
1-Fighting Conch
2-Sea Hares
10-Nassarius Snails
10-Blue leg Hermits
Mushrooms
Zoos
Frogspawn
Toadstool Leather
Red Open Brain
My filtration and lighting is.....
4 x 65 watt(260 total) Power Compact
Oceanic 300 H.O.B.
2-MaxiJet 1200s
1-Rio 800
Prizm Deluxe Protein Skimmer(works fantastic!)
80 lbs. Live Rock
50 lbs. Live Sand
Tank has been setup for 1 year.
I don't want a dwarf angel because I spent 3 hours catching the one I had. He started picking at my corals and fighting with the other fish after being a model citizen for 6 months.
Could I add 3 Chromis?
If not, what would be a good addition, if I have any room left.

You could do one more or a couple small ones...you'd be fine with 3 chromis i think, maybe a couple firefish?

I think chromis are great, especially 2+.
You may be a bit full on the bioload, though with great equipment to compensate. (Okay, no comments from the peanut gallery). I have a prizm also and they are good. You know, looking at your list again, you're probably okay, bio-wise.
I have heard there are no reef safe butterflys, and actually just looking at their snout shape, I don't doubt they aren't safe.
Foxface, IDK.

get a school of chromises, but get a odd number like 3 or five will do better than an even number for some reason

I think the Foxface would be alright (Would keep an eye on him though) Mine was the last put in my tank, and he does fine. ( Humu, Niger Trigger as tankmates) along with 2 condys Chocolate Chip star, cleaners, etc, etc
