Can i keep sps corals

I have a 5ft 100 gal tank with 2 250 watt single ended MH lights
Will I be able to keep any sps corals and if so what?

Yes, you can keep whatever you want with that light setup.

good water flow. in excess of 45x flow IMO. and not straight linear flow, but random indirect flow. awesome water quality would be a plus as well.

You need 25-35x turnover IMO, so for a 100 gal tank 2500-3500gph total.
