can i put anything

i wanted to know if i can any anemones in my 125gallon that my clownfish will go in. i have 384watts thats about 3.07 watts per gallon, or if i can put any other corals in it

Fuzzy Mushroom or Feather duster are both popular things that clowns host that will work with your lights.

my lfs has 3 used metal halides that are 175watts eachs would it be worth it to buy all three and have 525watts. can i have my sebea with 525watts and could i have a clam with that or no. or they have 3 400watt halides for 5o more is it better to get that

I have (3) 175 watt halides over my 125 along with 440 watts of VHO and so far haven't had any trouble keeping anything.
