can i run my fuge right after installation?

just made a 5 gal fuge out of a plastic container with LS and cured LR +lot cheato. just wondering, can i start the circulation right away? or it will cause me a spike? (cured LR, cheato was in my old tank)

If the rock is cured then I wouldn't see why it would cause a spike.

As long as it hasn't been out of the other tank for a while & had some die off you should bve good.
