can I up grade my lights?

I bought the 12 gal. aquapod delux last year. I have already changed the bulbs for my yearly maintence.
I was wondering if there is anything close to MH lights for this tank. I know my zoos and polyps would have way better color if I had better light, but I can't do an open tank and that's the only way I've seen MH mods. Is there anything else I can do? :notsure:

may try a bigger bulb but heat may be the thing you have stop next.

I think I did go a bit bigger with my bulbs. They are like an inch longer I think. I don't know what I need, but I know I need something, because the polyps I bought are loosing color. They were a blue/green and someone told me if I put them under MH they would turn a nice blue. I can't do MH, and now they are loosing the green color and almost turning brown. They're not sick, they are multiplying and opening and doing good, they're just not as bright as they were when I bought them.
Anyone know what I can do to get the color brighter?
