Can I use this epoxy in my tank?

Can I use Loctite e-20hp to make a stand for my protein skimmer which sits in my sump. here is the link to the spec sheet tds.loctite.com/tds5/docs/HYSAE-20HP-EN.PDF

I don't know about loctite.... but I know you can use regular superglue or aquarium grade silicon.

wouldn't it be easier to weld some acrylic together?
Maybe even a CD/DVD holder? or a rubbermaid or something?

It would be easier but I had some of the epoxy laying around. I hope it will be alright.
