Can my Cycle be Complete?

I converted my CC to a DSB about a week ago. I also added 5-6 Krill at that point to cycle the tank. I tested the water last night and had zero amonia and nitrites. The krill is looking rather funky, so I'm sure there has been some sort of reaction. Is it possible that my tank could have cycled already? I did add about 20% LS to the Southdown as well as a couple live rocks. My fish are in a quarantine tank right now and I would like to get them out in the near future. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Brock

I doubt your tank has completely cycled, this process usually takes a few weeks. How long did this process take? What are your water params?

Amonia zero, nitrites zero, didn't check the nitrates. I did use some water from the CC tank and it was cycled...maybe 5 gallons. What should I do?

If your tank was well established prior to the changeover, and you used all the same water, you might have gone through a mini-cycle and missed it. Check the nitrates for sure. OOps,I just saw that you used only 5 gal. of old water. You probably have NOT cycled yet. But still check "trates.

Only having the single ammonia/nitrite test result makes it hard to know for sure if the tank cycled.
Having the 20% live sand and "some" live rock MAY have had enough bacteria present that they converted the ammonia/nitrite from the krill already. You would expect to see some nitrate now.
If the krill have not produced ammonia yet - then you'd need to follow the cycle until it begins/completes.
How large are these krill ? .... and are they all mushy or still firm ??
Pick one up and smell it ;) if you care to.
The nose is a good indicator if ammonia's present

The krill do seem to have a nice "coating" on them at this point. You mean I really have to sniff these things? Damn, this is an ugly hobby.
