Can my two 40 watt blue and white neons lytes work for some live coral at 10hrs?

Got a 90gl, with 2 flourescent tubes 1 white, 1 blue, some decorative coral and a 1 pound live rock that I bought at $10 a pound, cheapest price around. Red sea skimmer, a 403 fluval, large whisper filter, and a 402 pwr. head. Live sand...
2 clowners, 2 shrimps a cleaner and camel shrimp, 4 turbos snails and about five other little ones. 1 bad ass yellow Ancler fish I dont know much about. Want to add a few more pounds of live rock and on the top some good looking harty live coral, Can I do this with my set up? Is there such thing as harty live coral? my water temp is usually at 79F Can I get the best of both coral and fish?
