Can someone please check my equipment and feeding habbits to see if they are correct? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. My lfs is happy to sell me anything but annoyed when i ask simple questions. Thank you in advance!

Equipment you have is good. Feeding need to add variety, mysis; squid; frozen plankton, spectrum pellets, rod's. Also why do you add those supplements every week? Doe's your test show you that you are low?

basic equipment would include....
heater

I am just following the lfs instructions. He said I dont need to test but to add once per week. I do test the water on a regular basis for the basics, ph nitrates etc. The fish are doing great but I was worried about the corals.

First off he makes more money selling you supplements. First rule, do not add anything that you do not test for. If you do regular water changes with good quality salt mix you will not need any supplements (the coral you have will not deplete anything). If you are concerned get the test kits to see for sure if its needed.
Also welcome to the site, keep asking questions.

I would recommend getting calcium, alk, and magnesium test kits and using the diy two part.
I also like macro algaes which you didn't list.
but that's just me and my .02

good flow is something needed in the sw world!
I just got some powerheads that are rated for 1300gph and 3200gph! LOL
Dont skimp on the equipment you will end up buying the better stuff down road! Lights and filtratioin are always something that u should be investing in if ur doing coral!
+1 on the w/c's and not dosing for nothing u dont knows in the tank!
Also good about cal, mag, and alk when doing some SPS corals...
