Some great readings you posted for me! I should have read and looked a little better prior to my post but as most of you can tell......I am always looking for the easy way to do things!
Lots of people with excellent ideas and knowledge!

I did all of the reading and I have done about a 40% water change over the past few days. I know thats extreme but to see what was in the tank was scary
! I also purchased a powerhead and it works great! My fish are all still swimming and seem to be really happy with their long lost home!

I have done testing on my water and I have some issues......should have known with that much of a water change taking place.

My PH is 7.8
Nitrite 0 ppm
Ammonia 0.37 ppm
Nitrate 120 ppm OH NO!!!

Any tips for a fast fix?

I will also upload some new pics.....Looking much better BUT still have a long way to go. I am thinking the fish need a vacation from me at this point.

nitrates will come down with water changes, but if your filter is a biowheel filter i've noticed higher nitrates from that. plus it looks like you have crushed coral?
your best bet is to:
1) get rid of the filter, add more live rock
2) get rid of the crushed coral, add live sand
3) look into adding a refugium/sump for better water filtration and maybe a deep sand bed to eat the nitrates
4) don't overfeed.
this will help your nitrates quite well

Nicely done! Pretty much agree with ren, but i would keep the filter at least in the short term but lose the bio-wheels. The filter is still good to run carbon and phosban threw.
I would change the CC also but if you don't want to just make sure and vacuum the CC very well and keep up with it.
Sump/refuge is always a good idea but with that size tank I would stay away from a DSB......
