Can someone simplify this for me?

I getting ready to order something and im not totaly shure what there web site is trying to say. Can somone please make it easyer to understand?
Here is what it says:
We have 2 flat rate shipping options available: USPS Priority Mail for $14.00 or USPS Express Mail for $37.50. We can ship via UPS, FedEx or Air Freight via Southwest Airlines and shipping costs for these options must be calculated based on weight please Contact Us for Shipping Quote.
The $14 Priority Mail shipping rate is our most popular shipping method and we maintain a better than 99% shipping survival rate. We have shipped thousands of orders via this method even as far away as Korea. Order from us confident that your purchase will arrive alive.

They are saying that the standard shipping they do is via United States Postal System. Priority mail is $14 and is usually 2 or 3 days delivery in most cases. They are saying that they have better than 99% survival using this method.
If you want next day via USPS it will cost $37.50.
They could also ship via other methods, Fedex Ups etc. but it will have a different cost and they will have to get that cost to you.

It's cheaper to do it USPS, not necessarily very good for the animal they are shipping, so it would be wiser to take the more expensive option as it would be about 24-48 hours faster.
Is saving $20 worth risking the life of the animal, basically.

I'd say it's very clear. USPS is cheaper, but not as reliable.
