Can They Live?

I am getting 3 banggai's and i have read they can be kept in small schools in medium size tanks (i am putting them in a 55 gallon) and i was wondering if i could put them all in my 10 gallon qt tank for a few days (7 at max) just to make sure they are fine and eating...i am getting them all at once because i have heard they get along better if introduced at the same time.....

If they are all young females then they might get along. If one or two are male you will probably lose one to severe agression. If all three are male you'll lose two or three to agression.
