all of my sps are doing well except for my orange monti cap i made a mistake of placing it higher in the tank along with the acro's and it has a little bit of algae on some of the tip . i placed in middle of the tank. my tank is 30" high and i have 400 watts xm 10 k bulb. will my monti be ok?

Montis do not need as much light as acros. I would watch the monti in the new spot. Montis are pretty forgiving as sps go. Is it bleached or is it just have a little algea.

It should be ok - I have had bleached monti caps with algae growing on them in some areas make a full recovery.
Sorry for your loss...
