can u get a yellow watchmans to make a new cave/home??

I have a little watchman goby and i found out that he has a cave in the back so i dont really get to ever see him. Is there any way i could get him to make one on the side or front area's of rock in the tank?..i would kinda like to see the fish i purchase

wait untill he is out of his hole then cram a rock in it. you may have to do this several times untill he puts his cave in front 9or at least to the side where you can see it). the problem is, they build their caves where thay feel the most secure, often thats at the back of the rock work where he cant see all the motion of the room.

im usually not in the room that much, but i did get the new order about 5 days ago so i like to go in and watch em, but i go on the coach and try not to move, till the fish get comfortable then i will get closer and closer then moving slowly and quicker,etc. so i try not to scare em. I wouldnt mind if he moved to the side. I tryed putting a rock there but he keeps making caves right there

would u think it would work if i taped some paper to the side/front area where i want him to make a cave, he goes to that spot to sit and look at himself in the glass all the time when he is out of his cave. I will try to move more rock and sand back there till its pretty full later, i dont want to stress my new fish out too much, exspecially my hippo dont want to have a ich outbreak again,so far so good...also i have noticed a little bit of pale blue by his face(hippo) its REALLY small like 1/4 width by a lil bit longer length this isnt HLLE or whatever is it??
