can you add ls

can you add ls to a tank that has been set up for a year and six months with out harming anything?
this is whats in the tank
1-gobie
1-yellow tang
2-damsels
3-cleaner shrimp
3-britle stars
1-long tentacle anonemone
1-feather duster
snails and crabs
125 lbs of live rock
my sustrate now is about 3 to 4 inches of aragonite.

It the substrate you have now is argonite sand it is most likely pretty live now with the amount of live rock You have in your tank.
If I were to add live sand I would do it a little at a time say half inch at a time to keep any critters you have from becomeing trapped too deep in the sandbed.

yes you can, just don't dump it in, you can lower the bag into the tank,and open it on the bottom, or scoop it in, jsut don't dump, it may stir alot of things up when it hits the bottom
i too, wouldn't add more than 1/2 inch(maybe even 1/4) at a time
