Can you all tell me what this is?

Ok I have 20 lbs of live rock and just a couple of fish with a cc bottom. the other night I was in the stand looking for some thing and I looked up at the bottom of the tank. I saw these little red worms that were so small and fast. i dont know what these are and i can not find these in any of my books so i thought that i would ask you all. thanks mike

If they looked simular (color may vary)to this there bristle worms a good thing to have.
