can you feed anemone's formula one pellets?

I highly doubt the anemone would except such foods. I would stick with feeding Krill, silversides, lancefish, or whatever the anemone would take.

Try it. If the food doesn't trigger the nematocysts, the food will simply be pushed away with the current.

When I drop ground up F1 frozen into my tank, my anemones grab it. Whether they should or not i dont know, but they def eat it.

I may, and probably do, have my fish food mixed up here. But isnt F1 more algea based? If so you will still want to give more meaty foods. Mine grabs anything I give it, but I make sure it has some silversides, brine, etc.
