Can You Give Us Light "par" Readings Per. Tank Sizes

250 MH should typically be sufficient as it relates to the depth of your tank.
This also depends how high off the tank you have it.
Presumably you would have 3 of them to cover the length of the tank.
Of course, all of this is based on an assumption that you want to keep a mixed reef.
Which may or may not be correct.

it will be populated mostly with sps but besides that i will have lps and zoos

I have 2x400watt with 20k XM bulbs over a 75gal. 48x18x21 Bulbs sit about 10" above the water the tank is mostly LPS' and SPS'. the par at the bottom of the tank is about 320
