Can you have too much flow?

Hey guys and gals is there a such thing as having too much flow in a nano tank? I added a koralia Nano today in my 14G BC... it just seems like a lot thats all. Hoping that aiming it towards my GSP will help if there is something on its mat? Everything (corals) seem to move around a lot, like to to point where it seems like its going to blow the GSP away lol! just wondering if there could be an issue with this. thanks!

Too much flow can cause certain corals to not open up at all or open up to their fullest...

I have a nano in my 14 and it def isnt to much! Ill be adding the 1 to my 14 2morrow..
Also I belieive subie has the 1 in his tank as well

I've been wondering about flow myself.. how do you control light, medium, and heavier flows? My powerhead doesn't have an adjustment feature...
Is flow just in relationship to the closeness or position you put the coral next to the powerhead?

Flow is all about position of the powerhead and where it is pointed...
Different powerheads have different gallon per hour ratings...
