This came along with some of my LiveRock. Not sure what exactly it is. Does it look like it is getting too much water flow?

Hiya,
It does look like it's getting to much flow. I think they like medium to low flow.

I wasn't sure if it was Flowerpot or Alveopra Coral? I moved it to the top so it's close to my lights, but it's getting more flow there than where I had it. I guess I'll move it back to where it was...
