can you keep a pair of cinnamon clowns in 20 gallon?

I have a 20 gallon set up for a about 7 weeks I have a yellow clown goby. I just added a pair of cinnamon the female is about 3 and a half inches and the male is about 2. They are beautiful but will it last

some peps say u cant, and some say u can. i say u can cause i kept a pair of tomatoes in my 12gal for a while, then i traded them for perculas, because i wanted fish that where easier to breed.

Aggression aside, I think those fish will end up being too much of a bioload for that tank.
I'd get something in the 30-55 range for the lovely couple.
