can you mix cardinals?

just wondering if you can mix cardinals?
i have a bangaii and im not sure if i want a pj or another bangaii

shouldnt be a problem. ive seen people do it before with no hitches at all.

the guys at my LFS who know there stuff say not to mix them, but hey you can be the test subject and if they get along I will mix mine a well.

I've seen Bangaii and Pajama mixed before too. The problem would be in keeping a group of Bangaii together.

thanks for the info everyone.
i did some research and found out that it depedns on the gender of the fish you have.
if 2 females they may not even pay attention to one another but 2 males may fight?
im not sure i cant really tell from the jaw. it isnt to boxy.. and it isnt to rounded off..
