Well, in my case the answer was NO...
I added the exact correct dose of Pimafix and Melafix and the exact minute I added them, all 3 snails fell from the glass to the sand, and both the flame angel and the six line wrasse dashed out of their hiding places and died within 30 minutes....

And you had Stop Parasite in the water? That is very odd. I have never seen either of those harm an animal. All 3 are all-naturall products. I will send an email to Aquarium Pharmaceuticals for you and see what they have to say about the situation.

Was there any reason you were using all three products at the same time?
Could it have happened because of the Stop Parasite? Did you check the pH and kH of your tank before and after you dosed the Stop Parasite?

i don't know why you decide to use both medication melafix are not treat ich it's for different disease (open red sores, fin a tail rot ,pop eye , fungus). stop parasite treat ich but i never saw or get real result with this product (i still have one more bottle almost full if someone leave near to me i will give it for free IMO it's a waste of money) anyway you already use it now and i hope it will work for you by the way take out from your system all the carbo and the filter media when you treat with the medication and if you treat now the new fish that was breathing hard i suggest to you to watch on them very careful because they did not acclimate yet and they will spend now more energy because of the medication you put in the tank.

Its a disaster waiting to happen putting meds in display tank, and a catastrophe in the making to mix meds.

beth in the past i try those 2 medication in QT because i have problem with fin and ich together from my experience the stop parasite waste of money and just make my QT dirty i don't know how and why he decide to use in both medication in the display tank and my suggest to everyone here not to do so i don't beleive that the stop parasite will work i think and sure that the best treatment for ich are those 2 hypo or cupramine by seachem i test both and they work well. i hope he will not lose the new fish he buy because in other post he write that he have problem with the new fish that breathing hard and this symptom are mostly when the fish try to acclimate (unless they was already sick)

Well, I know why. He, and many other hobbyists become desperate when fish get sick, and they have no QT.
In this hobby, you must bite the bullet and set up a QT. Believe me it isn't as painful as it seems, and once you do it, you can finally breath a long sigh of relief. I have yet to see hobbyist claim they regret it. Imagine being able to RELAX and ENJOY your new fish when you bring it home, rather than sweat bullets for 3 weeks wondering if you are going to have a disease wipe out. We come into this hobby because of the pleasure it gives us, so set up a QT and enhance the "fun" part of the hobby. QT's can actually be interesting, dare I say.

Actually this is the 37 gallon QT tank, the display tank stand has not arrived yet after being ordered for several weeks.
A hobbyist was getting rid of 100 pounds of live rock and sand, so I had to put in into the QT tank or lose getting it.
But what I have learned...
NEVER PUT ANY KIND OF MED IN THE DISPLAY TANK!!!

Whether it is "natural" or "reef safe" or not...
