There are a lot of forums on here that discuss schooling. I have found that it is nearly impossible to have a schooling fish in a home aquarium. That is unless you have a 350+ gallon tank. Fish school for protect against predators and it is just too hard to replicate something like that in a home aquarium. But if you wanna try, either basslets or chromis would be your best try. Also PJ Cardinal have a tendency to stick together.

Do they school? Quick answer is no. You will be lucky to pair them up. At $900 a piece for a L. Carmabi, you will be lucky to find 2

I don't know who could ever afford a school of fish at 900 bucks a piece but, never heard of them schooling.

yes and they arent schooling fish, they are solitary deep water fish (as far as anybody knows).
